TSP partner companies provide traffic control solutions for railroad crossing protection. Each TSP affiliate's protector is required to receive Railroad Worker Protection training and certification. In addition to training, protectors utilize PPE for railroad work sites to remain safe to fulfill their duties throughout the entire railroad project.
Jason is an experienced leader deploying and implementing significant business improvement initiatives through a disciplined approach to strategy development, program management, business development and sale coordination, strategic planning, budgeting, FP&A, and cost controls.
He is accustomed to maneuvering highly regulated technical environments, achieving financial and operational excellence for high caliber executives, owners / founders and teams in transition, and delivering top- and bottom-line growth. Throughout his career he has undertaken a wide range of operating assignments in in the industrial and commercial service sectors.
Jason has successfully served in senior leadership roles across a number of industries. Most notably, this includes over a decade as an integral member of the executive team at Area Wide Protective, Inc. ("AWP"), North America’s largest traffic control company, where Jason led rapidly growing, multi-state operations and spearheaded the integration of all greenfield and acquisition expansion.
Jason resides in northeast Ohio and enjoys live music and outdoor activities including golf, hiking, and fishing.
