John Sypek, Chairman
John brings to Hudson’s board 42 years of experience in the field services, transportation/logistics, and safety industries.
For thirty of those years, John served as a senior executive in multiple companies, including eight years as CEO of AWP, Inc. Enlisted by private equity to take over the reins from AWP’s original owner/entrepreneur, John spearheaded initiatives and process improvements that produced exponential growth and created a premier flagship platform for successive private equity owners to realize top-end gains.
Through these experiences, John developed a well-deserved reputation in private equity circles as a premier executive mentor/coach and someone with a keen eye for quality investments worthy of their consideration.
John and his wife Rhonda live in South Carolina and have four adult children.
